Most new teachers won’t last past five years in the profession. Coupled with the upcoming retirement of veteran baby boomer teachers, a national teacher shortage is imminent. With that in mind, the Ohio Education Association wanted to nurture new teachers. I designed and built a simple, easy to navigate microsite with critical information to help the new member navigate her/his early career and OEA membership.
